Please join author and historian John Schildt this summer for special twilight tours of the National Cemetery.

Mr. Schildt is a renowned authority on the Battle of Antietam and the author of many books. Mr. Schildt will lead you on a tour that includes the history of the National Cemetery and the stories of the veterans buried there.

There is no charge for these programs. Tours will start at 7:00 p.m. on July 7, 21, 28 and August 4 and 11. Please meet Mr. Schildt at the National Cemetery gate on Maryland Route 34 just east of Sharpsburg, MD.
