Good news for book lovers! The 39th Annual Friends of Legal Services Book Sale will take place on Friday, May 30 through Sunday, June 1, at Laird Hall on the Wilson College campus in Chambersburg.
The group will be accepting book donations on its final Book Drop-Off Day, Saturday, March 15, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the group’s storage space at the MobileWorks building, 2116 Lincoln Way East, Chambersburg (next to the former location of Snavely’s Garden Corner).
The group accepts new and used books of all types in good condition, plus CDs (including audio books), DVDs, sheet music, puzzles, and board games, but not encyclopedias, textbooks, or phonograph records.
If you miss this Drop-Off Day, don’t worry – collection boxes will be placed at various stores in the area for two weeks in April, at locations to be announced.
